Voyage en chansons
To celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the twinning of Hurstpierpoint and Sayers Common with Saint Martin de Boscherville in Normandy, singer and guitarist Roddy comes from our twin town to take us on a musical journey along the twentieth century, through chansons, popular ballads and upbeat French “rock”.
Brush-up your French: you will be expected to take part!

Tour and Talk re history of Danny

A 30-minute talk in the Great Hall on the 700 year history of Grade 1 listed Danny House. This will be followed by a conducted tour of the house and gardens, including of a few of the residents’ apartments.

Exhibition by Sussex Artists

ABSTRACT is an exhibition by twelve Sussex artists. With work either based on object, figure or landscape to fully abstracted paintings and prints based on geometric or gestural marks, the artists will bring together ideas and concepts inspired by this beautiful county. Back for its third year, come and explore the colour, shape and excitement of the abstract world in the beautiful historic setting of the Great Hall at Danny. All work will be for sale.
