Apartment 22 is a two room apartment on the ground floor. Uniquely, it has its own French door from the living room into the walled garden with wonderful views of Wolstonbury Hill, and has its own private patio facing due south. The apartment is light, and was recently refurbished.

To live at Danny is to be able to forget about the chores of everyday life. Breakfast, lunch and supper are included in the monthly charge, and two experienced cooks provide varied and interesting menus. Cleaning, heating, lighting and maintenance are also included, with a staff of 10 providing a high level of service, and residents can enjoy the gardens and an estate of 100 acres.

It is a unique and civilised way of life, shared by about twenty-five retired people. The great hall, built in about 1586, is our drawing-room, and we take our meals together in the dining room. There is a varied programme of activities in which you may choose to become engaged, and we have a weekly film. It is essentially a homely atmosphere. On the other side of this sheet you will find a plan of the apartment, complete with dimensions of the various rooms, together with details of cost, and how to get in touch with us.
